I am an Indian Patent Attorney with nearly 12 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution. I am also a member of Delhi High Court Bar. In my career as an IPR professional I worked in various renowned law firms and have been instrumental in drafting prosecution of the Patent Applications before the Indian Patent Office. I also worked as in-house IP counsel in a reputed packaging solutions company, where I took care of the IPR generated in house and looked after managing IP portfolio and Indian as well as foreign filing and prosecution. I have been actively doing patent prosecution and have prosecuted more than 1500 cases in different domains viz. General Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry etc. with favourable outcomes. My expertise includes drafting and prosecution of Patents (Ordinary, Convention, PCT and National Phase) and have drafted number of patent specifications across various technologies independently so far.
