I am proactively supporting companies of all sizes in driving their agile transformation challenges as Enterprise Scrum Master & Agile Coach. I have more than 20 years of experience in the OSS, BSS, telecommunications and financial services industries and more than 13 years as Enterprise Scrum Master and Agile hands-on working Coach. My track record includes two successful agile transformations of IT departments in Austria and two large-scale customizations of an operation and business support system in the US and Australia where I was working on the customer's site as requirements and business process engineer.
