Responsible for solutions architecture and governance of outsourced Basis team. Other functions included technical project management and performance analysis. Led a team of outsourced SAP Basis resources responsible for North American SAP landscapes including R/3 4.7, EBP 3.0, Enterprise Portals 5.0, CRM 4.0, BW 3.1 and Solution Manager 3.2 supporting 35,000 employees and various customers. Also supported 3rd party bolt-on products such as BSI, Taxware, Spectrum, Sigma PBS, PTMS, HR Orgchart, IPC, BizAp

North American technical implementation lead for worldwide rollout and Manager of support organization of six different system landscapes, and led the SAP Infrastructure Group consisting of Basis, DBA, E-Technologies and Data Center responsible for USA, Canada and Mexico supporting 20,000 employees. Database supported included ORACLE and SQL Server, and SUN hardware.
