Responsibility in creating & managing budget for football activations at the adidas Football The Base Support to create, plan and execute multiple activation events and initiatives focussing on training / competition / entertainment and UEFA Champions League - Responsibility in creating, updating, monitoring and following activation concept and calendar - Supporting adidas Football The Base communication and documentation

- Working together with adidas projects related to the organization of the 2014 FIFA World Cup event in Brazil - Responsibility in adidas' brand induction through hospitality, guest programs and marketing projects - Responsible for the recruitment, coordination, execution and invoices of more than 120 freelancers - Responsible for training and recruiting all Venue Managers, Logistic Managers and Ticketing Managers for each host city

- Working together with adidas projects related to the organization of the 2014 FIFA World Cup event in Brazil - Update of a newsletter informing adidas employees about 2014 FIFA World Cup and Brazil in general (PR) - Responsibility in adidas' brand induction through hospitality and guest program projects with clients

Assisted on creation of seasonal and long-term communication projects for retail (windows, in-store communication and promotional tools). Research and identification of best practices in the area of retail marketing. Assisted the team with creation of presentations and further administrative tasks.

Responsibility for CV and phone screening of candidates for trainee positions. Active participation in recruiting fairs, further interviews and in the consulting of current trainees. Design of presentations and other administrative tasks to facilitate HR processes

Contribution to international HR projects of UniCredit Group concerning Professional Assessment and Development activities regarding the Leadership Team and Talents. Assisted on the development of workshops, trainings, development center, interview manuals and assessment tools. Development of standardized processes to ease internal HR process and other administrative tasks
