I love to design and improve production process with modern technology. I create, scale and optimize business production processes that matter. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes to the company, building amazing processes with team effort and quickly adapting to new learning. I have enjoyed many technical and management position throughout my career in automation development, engineering consultant, principal engineer and senior process engineer. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can manage, lead and direct global resources to design new processes - I look to the design in a lean way - I predict failure mode using PFMEA and anticipate the solution - I love to win, but always helping the team win gives me a greater joy I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person - I am constantly learning because e I just love it - I focus on making high-quality decisions - I am accountable
