Agile management of the development projects for some of the company’s ASP.Net web applications. Direct involvement in all activities of the Software Engineering process, including requirements analysis, data modeling, architecture design, UI/UX design, development, test planning and execution, deployment and documentation. Adaptation and implementation of the Scrum methodology in the company, performing the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master.

Active role in the planning, execution and documentation of internal audits of systems, applications and processes of several companies within the Sonaecom group. Development of a strong analytical and critical sense, crucial for the identification of findings and the definition of corrective actions. Acquisition of reporting skills, as every audit required extensive documentation.

Agile software engineering, including the specification, design and implementation of the web platform to support the FIC project (“Formar, Integrar, Competir”), aimed at Eastern immigrants, using Microsoft technologies - Web Forms, VB.Net and SQL Server. Agile project management, shared with another colleague, leading a development team of six freelancers.

Analysis of the HL7 clinical data transfer protocol for integration into a new health solution, developed on the .NET platform. Implementation of a prototype for synchronizing Microsoft Exchange with the clinical agenda of the same solution. Oracle Forms development.

Restructuring of one of the company’s main solutions - a web portal, implemented in ASP.Net and SQL Server. It involved the research, concept, design and implementation of technical solutions to enhance the product in terms of quality and sustainability.
