Recruited as a Professional Services (PS) manager to act as Engagement Manager (EGM). In summary, the EGM has responsibility for PS orders, PS revenue, PS profit, engagement planning, engagement staffing, engagement execution, engagement quality, and client satisfaction. The EGM also provides guidance and investment recommendations to the Business Solutions Group in their specialization area. The EGM may direct up to 50 consultants

Program and Project Implementations including: Big Data projects (structured/unstructured data), Transition Manager for infrastructure operations, a Data Centre relocation program, Led a global Active Directory implementation, a migration from Lotus Notes to MS Exchange. a Mainframe migration and decommissioning project, Transition and Transformation Program Manager for moving 150 staff , Delivery of a UK local government information transformation program.

Global Implementation Manager delivering ADM’s bespoke commodity trading, contracts and settlements system globally alongside a team made up of business users, Business Analysts and Consultants based in The Netherlands, UK, India and USA

Led, motivated, provided strategic direction to ~35 Consultants. Managing the setup, improvement and consolidation of systems. Alignment with client requirements following extensive systems analysis. Championed development and maintenance of SIG’s mature product suite. Forged, and maintained internal/external relationships, responsible for service excellence and business development. Balance conflicting priorities and allocated resources in the management of multiple and concurrent projects.
