WEG 3 is a communication agency in Münster that has been successful for over 25 years. During my time at WEG 3, I have developed and lead a team specialising in business building through communication. I have developed sophisticated communication solutions for national and international companies and brands. My work focuses on brand development and management, interactive communication as well as networked campaigns and communications in print, digital & architecture.

UNICBLUE is a communications group specialising in brand, digital and event communications. My responsibility has been steering the creative group projects into connected and integrated brand communications. As department lead I have developed the creative team of graphic designers, digital designers and architects. I also handled the strengthening of creative process, talent development and recruitment.

LOOK UP is the communications agency within the UNICBLUE group specialising in brand and event communications. I was responsible for driving the pharmaceutical client team. Delivering print, online and event communications for multiple brands at Hoffmann La Roche, Novartis, Abbott and Actelion for their global audiences.

As a designer at LOOK UP I was tasked with creating effective print and event concepts for our clients.The projects were large and complex with print, multimedia, staging, music and social activities all needing to be true to the core concept and key messages needing to be communicated.

Icehouse design is a boutique design agency delivering brand development, corporate publications and packaging design. I developed concept designs based of trend analysis and worked the designs through into mockups and on to final production artwork. I followed projects from start to finish, maintaining design consistency and quality. In my time here I delivered projects to top British brands like Marks and Spencer, Next and the National Trust.

Novum Advertising is a specialist in recruitment advertising servicing Kelly recruitment in the UK and top flight city institutions recruitment adverts. At Novum Advertising I was responsible for the setting, delivery of artwork and client liaison. This fast paced job taught me how to manage time, priorities and stress whilst delivering quality artwork within tight deadlines.
