I was responsible for designing and writing the text of a history textbook for primary school, constantly sharing the project with the editorial team.

The course is taught in English and it is designed to develop the essential skills for an HR professional, with a strong focus on the digital future of the HR field and its strategic role for the business: Human Resources Information System, HR Data Analysis and Report, and people analytics. Furthermore, I am acquiring solid knowledge in organizational behaviour, labour law, labour economics, accounting, international business, and management.

The philosophical background provided me with a deep understanding of human’s nature and interpersonal dynamics. The MA degree allowed me to develop a strong critical and analytical thinking. During the course I focused mainly on knowledge theories and ethics. I also gained fundamental knowledge in psychology of cognitive processes and research methodologies, which helped me to research and interpret human behaviour.

The bachelor’s degree in philosophy laid the foundations for my education, allowing me to acquire a robust and precise method of study and to understand the importance of commitment and passion for achieving a goal.
