Test and Validate SW and HW for gluing/sealing Systems; Support SW and HW development of sealing devices for Automotive industry; Integrate Robots (Fanuc, Kuka and ABB), PLCs (Siemens, Beckhoff and Allen Bradley) to Atlas Copco embedded Systems; Develop 3D layout, robotics vision system and application quality tests.

Test Validation on Software and Applications for gluing/ sealing for automotive industry with Fanuc and Kuka robots TP programming, in Baden-Württemberg /Germany, in a partnership between Altran and SCA Schucker GmbH.

* Working as a Self-employed Automation Engineer, I was able to project automation systems for Resins Production in Waybor LTDA Campinas BR.

Responsible to program IRC5500 ABB robots in Volkswagen Autoeuropa Portugal, using IRC5P Teach Pendant Controller and Shop Floor Editor Software, in a partnership between Dürr (Germany and Spain), VW (Portugal) and Hays (Germany).

Developed Activities: CAPAS (South America Paint application Center) Project development on automation, robotics, layout, technical specification, work flow, professional profiles e quotations. CAPAS work flow management, improvements, uses and maintenance procedures development. Development of standard paint application, software and application procedures. Setup and programming of Liman, Sames, Dürr and Fanuc automotive painting robots.

Developed Activities: Development of Software, interlock e logic diagrams on Ladder, Block, C++ e Visual Basic in Allen Bradley's PLCs. Field Instrumentation Wiring Diagrams, Electric, P&IDs and I/O list review. Automation and Instrumentations Assembling Team Coordinator. Auxiliary on development of Safety diagrams interlock. Auxiliary on automation projects development. Auxiliary on PFD calculation.

Developed Activities: Maintenance on paint application machines and robots, adjust e calibration in Industrial PLC control instruments such as; Manometers, level, temperature, flow and pressure switches, pressure, level, flow, humidity and temperature transmitters, thermo sensors K,J and PT100 type, capacitive, inductive, optics sensors and other necessary instruments used for resin, ink milling and varnish automotive production.

Developed Activities: Maintenance, adjust e calibration in control instruments such as; Manometers, level, temperature, flow and pressure switches, pressure, level, flow, humidity and temperature transmitters, thermo sensors K,J and PT100 type, capacitive, inductive, optics sensors and other necessary instruments used for resin, ink milling and varnish automotive production.

Developed Activities: Maintenance, installation and RBC Calibration in laboratory, industrial and market scales (Toledo, Mettler-Toledo. Ohaus, Tamtron, Bextra, Navarro, Gehaka, Filizola, Marte, Shimadzu, etc.).
