Roberto Mennillo

As a Senior Consultant at Reply, a network of highly specialized companies that support leading industrial groups in defining and developing business models using new technology and communication paradigms, I work on HR digital projects that enhance talent management, learning, and change management. I am working on the training and development area and on the integration of AI and chatbot in the HR world. I am passionate about HR, agile, and new trends, and I believe that learning is a never-ending process. That is why I pursued a Master in International HR Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and an elective course at ESCP Business School in Human Resources for Executives. I have also acquired multiple certifications and skills in talent sourcing, problem solving, and communication, which enable me to deliver high-quality results and add value to my team and organization. My goal is to continue developing my expertise and competencies in HR.
