Über mich
I am a (user) researcher working at the intersection of applied qualitative research and strategic innovation. In my work, I bring a social science pespective into the human-centered design process while aligning research with business needs. I help teams build and evolve impactful products and services through a deep understanding of people, their unmet needs, and the everyday contexts within which products and services are used. Drawing on +6 years of hands-on research experience, I carry out both strategic user research projects and evaluative research such as concept and usability tests to enhance and fuel the product development process.
