Providing marketing & UX solutions for SME’s & marketing agencies in various projects: • Create UX flow for a startup selling ad solutions for job postings. • Repositioning of a small B2B travel agent. Definition of key channels for future marketing and rebuild website in CMS. • Set up marketing strategy for ecological phone repair service struggling to gain new customer. • Market research, business planning and marketing spend forecast for a new financial product for SME’s.

Providing the Sales team and prospects with deep technical knowledge pre-sale, making sure that Hubspot’s Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations platform could deliver on the prospect’s needs and integrate with their tech stack. I gained deep insight into the Hubspot platform and inbound marketing techniques, but the role didn’t fit me well and I decided to move back into marketing.

Building a marketing team from 1 to 12 coworkers for a B2B loan provider. I designed and executed a data-driven marketing strategy and budget planning, from startup into scale-up. Whilst building the team, I gained hands-on experience in setting up and managing SEO, SEM, Direct Mail, Website & CMS, Content & Social, CRM, PR and Partner network. As project Manager: • Product owner for SME financial product; • Designing user-focused product funnels; • Developing automated customer retention strategies.

I started my career with this peer-to-peer lending platform working on the redesign of the customer relations processes, followed by all marketing efforts and PR. As Business Development Manager I oversaw a rebranding project, including the launch of new website with custom CMS. In 2016, I took over the general management of the Dutch market, including an office in Amsterdam with 8 employees. I developed and executed a growth strategy for the Dutch market.

Hired as freelance expert for the development of a new corporate visual identity in an organisation that was very hesitant to this change. Managing political decision-making and stakeholders in all levels of the organisation. Other tasks included consulting Mayor and Aldermen on politically sensitive projects, like the build of a new accommodation for the Residential Orchestra, a mayor international ballet group and the Royal Conservatory and the forming of the metropolitan region Rotterdam - The Hague.

Project manager of a small team for a multi-disciplinary project involving the implementation of the new visual identity of the Dutch government. Member of the National Committee for the creative development of the new visual identity. Important milestones are the implementation of a new corporate software solution for correspondence on 10.000 pc's and 4.000 printers of various age, new signing for over 400 transport vehicles and 150 physical prison locations (whilst in operation).

After my education as a graphic designer, I started working at a small design agency in 2001, mainly focusing on clients in the floral industry. Shortly after I moved to a government organisation that provided design services to ministries and other governmental organisations. I’ve worked on brochures, books, logo’s and corporate styles and became proficient in advanced Powerpoint design. Next to my daily job, I worked as a freelance designer for various clients, from 2008 until 2018.
