    Research Project group of Prof.Dr. Marcus Frohme at the Department of Molecular Biotechnolgy and Functional Genomics in Biosystems Engineering. -Focus : Advancing Cultivation Techniques For Wolffia arrhiza As a Plant Based Meat Substitute. -Conducted PCR and RT-PCR for genetic analysis, performed bleaching and pH-dependent growth rate analysis, and utilized bioanalytical methods such as LC-MS, Luminol Assay in the project to advance Wolffia arrhiza cultivation for plant-based meat substitute development.

Bernhard Grimm. -Focus: Potential Candidates For Heme Transportation Of Arabidopsis thaliana in the ABC Transporter Family And The Application of a Free Heme Sensor HS1 and Finding the Second Site Point Mutation. -Learned diverse techniques: Mutant seedling handling, sample extraction, DNA extraction with PCR, gel electrophoresis, HPLC utilization, protein extraction, medium preparation, and Nanodrop handling.

    Focus : Production of Bacterial Exopolysaccharides from Wastes and Its Application in Bioremediation of Heavy Metals and Study of Antimicrobial Properties. -Studied the removal of Heavy metal-enriched industrial effluents with the help of Bacterial Exopolysaccharides obtained from Microbial strain cultures and study their antimicrobial properties post-extraction. -Worked in a team and have in-hand experience in handling types of equipment like FTIR, Pistol Dryer, and Hydraulic Pellet Press.
