Click to edit position descriptionWorking for two fashion start-ups, I am working hand in hand with the founder in establishing the brands tone of voice, editorial plan, social-media strategy/platforms and creative direction whilst writing the copy for their websites and blogs. I am also helping to establish the sales strategy and how the content can work in hand. My role is constantly devoloping and I am very much involved in all stages of the growth of the businesses.

Integrated Account Manager who worked closely with UK and International clients in defining scopes, a range of corporate communications (online & print). Developing my digital skills, I built my commercial business awareness strategically, ensuring the quality of the design and the development of work, providing detailed awareness of client project directions and consultancy on an on-going basis. My role at Instinctif Partners involved delivering/producing and bring to life a wide range of business communications across a range of new media and print with the main focus on corporate reporting, branding and marketing related material. I implemented the Groupʼs new website for 'The College'. An Account Manager for various UK and international accounts, I managed the studio, prioritised work-flow, ensuring deadlines were hit. I gained incredible knowledge in taking briefs,working with translations, managing the entire process of the project through to completion, ensuring all financial & production procedures were in place, organising image rights, photography shoots, managing print specs & associated costs. A real hands-on experience whilst completing my Masters!

During my MA, I worked in the Alexander McQueen archives for his Retrospective Exhibition 'Savage Beauty' at the Metropolitan Museum of Art,New York.I helped organise the collections, photograph, style the items on mannequins, handling & noting damage to materials. My MA proposal for a potential exhibition on McQueen, was in London which collaborated with key photographers who worked with him, set designers, art directors, project managing throughout the concept (including a 3D light projection).

Mainly working on the Burberry, Standard Chartered, Nyrstar and Punch Taverns accounts, collaboratively working with my Account Director and managing smaller projects such as websites, marketing literature and Graduate Scheme brochures for top FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 clients. Here I worked well under pressure, providing client service in building long-term client relationships and closely worked with strategists, new business, industry specialists and creatives for each project execution.

My role was to co-ordinate and project manage the projects for various leading architectural firms; creating and executing project work plans and revises to meet changing needs/ requirements; identifying resources needed; manage day-to-day aspects of projects & scope; ensure project documents were complete, current and stored appropriately; consulted and liaised closely with clients, design and third party project management teams; attended site recces.

One of the most influential British architects of our time, I worked here as a Press Assistant within the Press Department and helped organise his book launch 'Complete Works - Volume 3'. This role also gave me valuable insight into responsive and effective PR communications whilst also contributing to press releases and journalist requests.

The Writer is a writing and brand language consultancy that includes writing, training, naming and tone of voice. I freelanced here for a short while, project managing and co-ordinating all written communication projects that included brands such as Coca-Cola, Unilever and O2.

After graduating and travelling, I worked as a Gallery Assistant whilst applying for a career in the design industry. Aiding curator, Beverly Knowles with administrative and organisational duties was a primary function. I also managed communication with visitors and other outside parties, help setup and breakdown exhibits and coordinate on and off-site events. It was a very special time working here as it was the only gallery to support contemporary women artists.

As a Design Bridge Project Coordinator I provided day-to-day administration of design projects, as assigned and project management support for Client Business Directors, Client Directors, and Client Managers within the Scandinavian team. This role was perfect for the start of my career and an insight into client servicing. Design Bridge is an international, independent brand design agency, working in over 40 countries from three offices: London, Amsterdam and Singapore.

Moving Brands is an independent, global creative company. They help businesses design and transform iconic brands that thrive in a moving world. Creativity for a moving world. I freelanced here, not long after graduating and it was one of the best agency insights, working mainly on the Nokia account.

My internship at Elle Magazine later turned to paid contract work, within the pictorial department. It was important to create a pictorial story, and be clued up on the latest culture, celebrity and fashion news. I responded to picture requests; Purchased pictures from established agencies/ photographers; Produce photo montages; Ensure image copyright/permissions; Source picture stories; Maintain picture usage records for accurate, smooth payment to agencies/photographers; assist on photo-shoots.

Kjaer Global is an international trend forecasting agency and a leading force in trend mapping, innovation, consumer insight and future scenarios. I interned here and put together a project management process for their trend mapping for clients whilst also gaining an insight into trend forcasting.

Graduated from school, this role gave me the first insight into the magazine industry. My role duties included; responsibility for daily production & trafficking of layouts, attaching & styling text, updating the editorial wall layout, working with the photo department & digital imaging staff to ensure all artwork was at high resolution, responding to Cosmopolitan requests for all required content, meeting with editors & photo dept managing monthly photo requests and distribute to appropriate art staff.

I am currently studying on an intensive German course and working through the European Framework to level C1.

A unique course which involves a strong understanding of the artist and designer and being responsive to storytelling and the plotting of themes, allowing the visitor to leave the gallery space (commercial or museum) better than before!

This is a necessary diploma to be able to apply to an Art University in the UK. The course covers everything from Photography, Life drawing, Sculpture to Jewellery.
