Responsible for building delivery capability and capacity for the Microsoft Dynamics Service Line across India, China, Japan, SE Asia and ANZ to drive high growth and double the business every 2-3 years. Working across Enterprise Services and Application and Business Services.

Sandie is responsible for developing and ensuring the execution of the Dynamics strategy and vision for the SE Asia & Korea region. Developing strong, long-term executive relationships and driving partner and customer satisfaction. Building scale, consistency and predictability by driving collaboration, integration and orchestration of the Dynamics teams across and within all subsidiary sales, services, support and business groups in the region

Responsible for the success of five of the company's commercial business groups (Windows Client, Information Worker, Server & Tools, Dynamics, CE/Mobility), as well as delivering satisfied customers across multiple segments and audiences by integrating sales, marketing, partners, and services functions in South Africa. Leads all elements of marketing across the subsidiary: integrating brand, communications, and sales & marketing systems to drive the orchestration across the subsidiary.

Manage operations and create sales and forecasting processes

Establish Enterprise Business Application sales team in the EPG sales group

Manage and restructure Enterprise Partner team

Started managing Asia Pacific and EMEA indirect territoties (all countries except UK, France & Australia) and then managed all EMEA and Latin America. Full business and P&L resposnsbility including Finance, HR and Legal.
