Master thesis project where I conducted UX research, extensive interviews with competitors and users, and developed new value propositions for new market segments. The delivery is a digital quotation form that promotes Out of Office services to their clients, facilitating the agreement of the final offer. I structure this project in a double diamond process with a strong strategic and service design focus.

Development of Service and Interaction Design methods for smart mobility solutions of different automotive OEM clients. Responsible for mobility applications into MVP concepts, by creating the wireframe structure, the visualization of the user interface, the user experience and the presentation of the prototype to the OEM clients.

Leading a multidisciplinary team of programmers and graphic designers in charge of the international projects for clients such as Nvidia, Comex and Hyundai. Coordination and management of the digital solutions from the concept pitch to the launch stage. - Moderation and guidance of several workshops and focus groups with both clients, stakeholders and potential users. - Documentation of the service blueprints in a multi-channel experience to map the interaction centered in the customer actions.

Part of the innovation team of Industrial designers and engineers in charge of reinventing long-established products for mass production. We based the resulting strategy on both quantitative and qualitative research, several focus groups and prototype testing. Our knowledge in 3D software such as SolidWorks and Rhino, ergonomics and materials was leverage to produce excellent products, ensuring the manufacture process and anchoring the loyalty of consumers.

Worked in a co-creative, highly collaborative environment together with architects, psychologists, anthropologists, sociologists and engineers to develop and improve urban mobility projects dealing with green spaces, bicycle road areas and transportation services. - Scaling the use of Design Thinking and human-centered design methodologies by mentoring and coaching teams. - Identifying key market opportunities for the growth of urban mobility projects based on electric mobility.

The focus of this master relays on the business context of product and service design applied to large international corporations, consultancies or design agencies. The emphasis is on translating a company's strategy and market opportunities into a strong product or service portfolio.

In Lund, Industrial Design starts from an artistic and technical perspective in which they involved us with different international projects. We took part in the whole process of product development, from the concept idea to the finished product proposal.
