Joined the Vaultree from scratch, being responsible for carving the foundations of product management capability. Working closely with engineering, the team was structured in squads following agile methodologies. Drove continuous delivery, market and user research to define the broader solution roadmap and its feature prioritization. Kept involved in and influenced the sales and marketing strategies to ensure communication was aligned throughout identifying the correct positioning at this early stage phase
