Ten years, collaborated and worked on over 200 client projects in digital & print media. Effectively led design-thinking sessions with clients, product teams, and stakeholders to surface good ideas and develop design strategies. Present and sell design solutions to clients and stakeholders. Plan and implement research, design, and customer validation strategies. Execute large to small scale projects from start to finish, while meeting deadlines and remaining within budget.

Requirement gathering from multiple internal teams to determine requirements and translate them into visual projects that support organizational business goals.  Experience with front end technologies and hand coding in HTML and CSS. Ensuring that the design consistently achieves the client’s marketing objectives, as well as identify opportunities for business growth.

Creating storyboards, icons, graphics, and layouts for digital and classroom courses for Oracle’s training & certification programs to a global customer base. Designed marketing collaterals Oracle Certification programs in print and web media, while working within Oracle’s branding guidelines. Wrote documentation, performed quality reviews of tasks and current processes.

Spearheaded the design process and launched India’s first employment magazine. Designed templates, layouts, and covers for over 50 weekly issues of the magazine. Conceptualized and designed email newsletter campaigns over 100 internal and external clients.

Designed layouts and infographics for print and digital editions of Mail Today, a daily tabloid sized newspaper. Working closely with the Art Director in designing creative concepts for promotional and marketing events for the organization.

Designed the homepage and key templates for India’s largest job portal with over 13 million daily views and Alexa’s global rank of 538. Worked closely with the leadership and development teams to evolve user experience and front end of the web products. Executed UX research, usability tests and prototyping for 3 key digital products.
