I optimize the workflow in our online magazine: that a text is translated, uploaded online, SEO-optimized and pushed in other channels (email, Facebook) which requires close co-operation with several internal and external teams. Alongside coordination tasks, I research and write about the latest fashion topics, translate from German and English to Finnish, visit industry events and interview designers among other tasks.

I took care of the translations and creation of marketing material to Finnish for the restaurant reservation platform, Quandoo GmbH, including for example facebook-ads, emails, push-notifications and the content on the website, such as restaurant descriptions.
I worked with Zalando's online magazine for the Nordic countries uploading the articles online using a custom editorial-tool and CSM-system. I was responsible for the SEO-optimization of the articles and perfecting the visual outlook.
I chose to research how to improve the service quality by improving communication. As a result, I streamlined and cleared the communication processes with partner companies and improved the newcomer training in the accounting team. It incresed the efficiency and reduced costs. I worked as an accountant clerk to learn the communication processes in the team for my master thesis.
Customer Alliance is a Berlin-based company offering smart solutions for hotels. Review Analytics helps hoteliers get more reviews to improve their online reputation and increase their sales by generating commission-free bookings. More than 3000 hotels in 35 countries already trust Customer Alliance for a full 360° reputation management. My responsibilities include contacting and helping hotels to improve their online visibility and reputation.
