In charge of sales, marketing, category management, inbound logistics and purchasing as well as customer service department with over 250 staff. Built a high-performance management team to operational excellence across all areas of the business and delivered profitable sales and margins. Branded HÄFELE as the kitchen solution provider brand in Vietnam by developing and implementing marketing communication plans that maintained brand consistency, maximized effectiveness and significantly increased revenue.

Manages all HÄFELE operations in North Vietnam with six direct reports and overall headcount of over 70 staff, including sales, after sales services, back office, logistics, warehouse, finance and human resources for four product divisions: architectural hardware, furniture fittings, home appliances and sanitary products in three sales channels.

Led brand marketing for BOSCH home appliances and BLANCO sinks and taps for HÄFELE in Vietnam and launched home appliances business including sales, distribution, back office, after sales services as well as legal certifications and user manuals in Vietnamese. Managed construction of 700-sqm flagship showroom for kitchen and bathroom solutions, and 100-sqm consumer products showroom, from architectural design to opening.

Responsible for sales & marketing, production, quality control for newly set up niche market automotive industry firm. Improved productivity by streamlining production and quality control workflow which resulted in higher output. As a result increased revenue from $50K to $1M in 2 years by launching first online sales & marketing strategies.

Performed worldwide searches for qualified individuals to fill key executive positions, qualifying prospects via phone; completed background checks. Identified new clients across all industry sectors to target firms.

Founded an import firm procuring home accessories from Southeast Asia for holiday retail sales in Germany.

Entry-level position performing extensive economic and industry research, analyzing clients’ financial statements, performing credit risk calculation, supporting branch strategy and providing support to Chief Country Officer.

Managed and executed marketing projects, prepared print and Internet documents. Acted as webmaster for company website in the telecommunications industry, reporting directly to CEO.
