• Provide L2/L3 PLM-Teamcenter / CAD technical support for global locations (USA, EMEA & Asia). • Deployment of BMIDE related changes on server. • Troubleshooting issue related to workflow and change management. • Providing solution to users having any problems in workflow CR Job creation, deletion, promotion, demotion etc. • Handling Escalation, SLA, RFC, EKMS & RCA according to ITIL process. • Working as an Administrator for rollout of new versions/patches for PLM/ CAD.

• Supporting and configuring CAD interfaces, working closely with the CAD design team. • Installation and troubleshooting of CAD/CAE applications like SPF, AutoCAD & Ansys • Patching of new updates for CAD application. • Installation and troubleshooting of OS (Win-XP, Win-2000/2003). • Administration of the system (User and access rights, license monitoring) • Responsible for maintaining Local Area Network within company premises. • Project management & Facilitate development of support process.
