• Started working as a Customer Service Executive for a UK Process. • Handled queries on Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Personal Loans, Financial Consulting. • Then moved to a Middle East Payment Process dealing with Payments, Cash Flow, Forex Rate Booking. • Checking all the payments processed by the processors on time and transmit accordingly. • Daily report sheet update and confirmation work about the old stuck payments. • Use to take training classes for the processors and the clarifications.

• Was supporting the Reliance Telecommunication Services. • Was responsible for customer support in various products like Fixed Lines, Mobile, Prepaid, Postpaid and network support. • Provided day to day support to the users by phone and email. • Also a part of escalation handling team which used to give spontaneous support to VIP customers.
