Representation before Austrian courts, authorities and tribunals in all levels of jurisdiction. -Councelling of clients in matters of Competition and IP Law as well as in cross boarder transactions, especially in connection with Commercial and Trade Law of Germany and Liechtenstein. - Drafting of contracts in various matters of Commercial and Corporate Law.

Legal practice at Austrian courts, as part of the training to become a solicitor. Practice in various legal fields such as Criminal Law, Private Law and Bankruptcy Law.

Full time during university holidays, part time during the rest of the year. Gaining experience in most areas of Law, including Civil and Commercial Law.

Research Topic: "The Need for Legal Protection in Competition Law and its Coverage in the Proceedings under Public Law and in Private Enforcement – A Comparison between the Legal Systems of Austria and the UK“. Due to be finished September 2015.
