I have enjoyed quite some years in responsible positions within large scale projects dealing with commercials, team leadership and development, engineering and sales. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: - I can successfully plan, manage and also finalize projects of a budget up to around 2 billion Euros. - I harvest value for my company also in an environment of challenges and constraints - I create a trustful and professional relationship with my company's clients I have experience in aligning, leading and growing teams to 200 people. - my background allows me to speak the language of executives, technicians and commercials - my team appreciates that I am authentic with a high level of integrity I educate, refine and drive myself to become a better manager. Doing so I constantly educate myself resulting in 3 academic degrees, one apprenticeship plus an international project management certification.
