- Planning and execution of internal audits (Process VDA6.3, ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO9001, IATF16949 and Safety & Regulation) - Coordination and accompanying of the external certification audits (IATF16949, ISO14001 & ISO50001) - Support the new plants to build the management systems and prepare them for the certification - Regular meetings with the plants to share the lessons learned from the audits and the information related to the management systems and the Customer Specific Requirements..)

Manage the operations of an autonomous unit, including manufacturing, quality, scheduling and production departments. Responsible for the continuous improvement and implementation of the LEAN tools.

Manage the production unit including the production, the process and the project transfers Responsible for the SAP Roll out Close contact with the customers

As production Engineer taking over the responisbility of the Fiber Optics production Unit, my main targets are the quality, the OTD (on time delivery), the cost (efficiency) as well as motivating atmosphere through the production team. To succeed this position the required competencies are a good knowledge about team management, fiber optics technics as well as ERP SAP knowhow.

One year apprenticeship. I was responsible for providing and improving manufacturing process able to ensure a good level of quality as well as efficiency. I've built a wide supplier network contacts as well.
