Serena Psoroulas

I am passionate about innovation. I thrive in a stimulating environment, where we can bring bold ideas to life. I am an experimental physicist by training, with expertise in measurement methods as well as statistical analysis of large datasets. In the last five years, I also acted as project manager of externally funded projects, of which I am the primary responsible. Furthermore, I have experience with regulatory processes (mainly for radiation applications). I work in a mainly interdisciplinary environment, interfacing myself with people of different expertise (from engineering to clinical medicine to biology). I currently manage a team of about 5 people in an R&D project at our facility, and I am regularly involved with the training of junior scientist.
