In charge of assessing feasibility to transform mobile ecosystem (OTT model to 4P IPTV one - Project SKY MTV – 1M users) - Multiple travels to Lausanne in order to drive workshops with international stakeholders (Swisscom, StreamGroup, Netstream) Results of this study have been presented to the APAX Hedge fund in order to help the steering committee to decide which approach (offensive or defensive) should be chosen for the next 5 years.

Architecture Director and Co-Founder of my own company (5 persons – 500K€ turnover), specializing in IT outsourcing for small and medium sized enterprises - Design and deployment of various solutions such as web survey for Siemens Security, TOIP with Asterisk, and High availability systems with DRBD/Heartbeat. - IP network upgrade management for a Mercedes-Benz authorized service dealer, comprising 1 main site and 5 satellites – 700 users).
