Led global supply chain design and operations and procurement activities for service delivery and service assurance categories (annual budget of €200M). Footprint spans over Europe, APAC and North America. Led a transformation program that created the SC Service Hub. The Hub orchestrated all strategic and operational activities related to service delivery and assurance, from sourcing to transactional procurement and suppliers management and governance as well as total cost of ownership reduction plans.

Led strategy development and execution for global procurement & E2E supply chain. Built and led procurement & supply chain teams through a change management/ performance excellence program that deployed best practices and tools across the globe. The footprint spanned over China, Mexico, Brazil, US, India, Europe. Procurement remit covered direct materials and indirect categories.
