Later, appeared different aspects which I had to manage ### after a short period of activity, I could bring Romanian customers (hosting/web development/internet access) and we could cover all the expenses the branch had from domestic incomes

complete management of the network, the equipments, the server and - of course - the customers. ### used the latest technology (Linux/Sun/Windows servers, CISCO equipments etc) ### completely rewrote the entire management software of the customers ### wrote there the 1st Romanian carding system (buy and surf)

### maintenance of the communication servers and of the network, including the workstations (more than 300 computers) ### build the web pages for the faculty

### system administrator: I was part of the team which was doing the maintenance of the equipments (linux servers, CISCO routers) ### developer: wrote applications to manage the dialup accounts, including web interface (in C) ### web developer: in the spare time, I had the idea and built the first Romanian search engine for Romanian resources; it was completely C and I created an own hashing algorithm.

I had to take care of the Windows and Novell servers and also of the DOS/Windows workstations. When the company became ISP, I learned of how to setup and configure a CISCO and also a lot about administrator's view over a linux server. I got then first time in touch with servers like apache, bind (DNS), inetd and routing protocols; it was a student job, the passion was really high so I spend hours and hours studying the system.
