I'm working as Software Architect at IBM Cloud Business Unit, Software Services Team, having main focus on Enterprise Asset Management and IT Service Management Domains. Mostly engage in delivery projects having roles as Senior Consultant, Subject Matter Expert, Architect, Analyst. Expertise in the following products order of experience: IBM Maximo Asset Management, IBM Control Desk, IBM BPM, IBM Cloud Private. I have also indirect responsibility of supporting and involving in pre-sales activities.

Worked as Asset Management Systems Manager at Turk Telekom, within Enterprise IT Organization. Responsibility to supervise/manage Inhouse and Outsource Development and Analysis team consisting of up to 20 team members. Supported the Enterprise Architecture team in planning and establishment of the Enterprise Architecture in terms of Enterprise Asset Management as part of company-wide transformation, and providing direction on Asset and Service Management policies and processes.

Worked within IBM Software Group, Software Services, mainly in delivery projects having varying roles as Senior Developer, SME, Solution Architect, Analyst, Technical Delivery Lead. Main Domain focuses in descending order of involvement including Enterprise Asset Management, IT Service Management, Business Service Management, OSS (Operations Support Systems) Event & Fault Management. Worked as Solution Architect at Fulfilment and Assurance Business Unit in OSS (Operations Support Systems) Domain. Responsibilities in both pre-sales and delivery projects mainly on Network Fault Management, Asset Management, Alarm Monitoring & Event Management, Performance Management, Provisioning sub-domains. Leading and Managing System Integrator Team in the delivery projects. Successful delivery of two offshore projects at Uzbekistan; Telco Fault & Asset Management, Service Delivery Platform

Mainly responsible for projects in the Enterprise Asset Management and IT Service Management domains. Providing Technical and Functional Consultancy Services, providing Training Services during Projects Analysis, Design, Implementation and Documentation of solutions mainly on built on IBM Products, end to end. Development of integrations and deep dive customizations on IBM Maximo and related products. Extensive development using Java and Web technologies (Java EE, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS).

Training at Siemens SBS IT Department, Network Management group for Administration and Maintenance of Intranet built on Windows NT. Worked as a System support and infrastructure specialist for operation and maintenance of LAN applications and services.
