SAP transport management for more than 25 critical systems to ensure changes are implemented within approved windows, minimizing business impact. • Installation of ECC6.0 SR3 based on NW7.0, MaxDB 7.7, SLES10SP3. • Led the successful EHP upgrade project of ECC6.0 SR3 to ECC6.0 EHP8 of a 3 system landscape, setup of IDES and sandbox systems ON ERP6.0 EHP8. • Performed SAP ERP 6.0 Kernel upgrades: • Performed SLES upgrade from SLES10SP3 to SLES11SP3 • Installation of Add-ons and support package upgrades. • Installation and configuration of SAP Document Management System

Provide support for following activities: • Handled User Management tasks which include Creation/Modification/Deletion of user IDs, Assigned/revoked role to the user IDs, User group management, Mass lock/unlock/modify the user IDs • Configured and troubleshoot SAP printers, monitoring the SAP system performance • Handled transports, Batch Jobs scheduling and SAP Note implementation on daily basis • Generated SAP Audit log reports; execute Client Open/Close requests.
