As the CEO of the company, apart from getting involved in everything including operations, marketing, sales, strategy, financing, human resources, compliance. My primary responsibility I believe is to enable and facilitate my team to grow and succeed.

As a Technical Co-Founder, my primary responsibilities included Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis and Breakdown, Project Planning and Management, Team Management and Timely Delivery

I was responsible for building the Java Team at the Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Development Center and manage the migration of the existing applications in Perl to Java/J2EE.

I am in a Pseudo Managerial role where I spent about 30% of my time handling my team and interacting with the Clients. Rest of the time I am completely involved in design and development of the project application.

The role involves direct client communication, development of software based on client's specifications and to recommend and implement solutions to application related issues. I lately got involved in Managed Services(Support) and am working resolving tickets and enhancements as required by the client. The application is based on Hybris, Fredhopper and am currently working on integrating Shopzilla with the application.

I worked on developing applications based on the client's requirements and recommending solutions. My role also involved integrating the developed solution to client's existing Oracle based systems.

My role involved working on a POC for a framework to develop Buy Side Order Management Systems. I interacted with Subject Matter experts and understood the business requirements and was responsible for translating the same to software requirement specifications and then implementing same. The work is exciting as it exposed me to a completely new domain and challenged me to understand the business from the client's perspective.

My tenure at CSAM exposed me to an enriching experience as a Java Developer and a Quality Assurance Engineer. I can now view the applications, I develop, from the perspective of a Java Developer as well as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

As a Programmer I am primarily involved in understanding the requirements and coding.
