In my position as Localisation Producer/Project Manager at Nintendo of Europe GmbH I have been leading projects for all current Nintendo platforms including key titles such as Mario Sports Mix and the latest Golden Sun sequel Dark Dawn. One of my greatest accomplishments so far has been the management of the localisation of a high profile RPG from pre-production until approval and post sign off.

- Responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the software development cycle of videogames from the initial design to submission, to ensure that the titles meet the necessary quality standards and reach all milestones on time. - Managing remote teams of translators, testers, developers and marketing executives and ensuring that the flow of communication is not interrupted. - Researching, negotiating and implementing best practice tools, processes and communication lines adapted to each project needs
As an Assistant Project Manager at Electronic Arts’ EISM Studio (Madrid, Spain), I was working together with the International Project Manager to manage the localisation and integration delivery of several projects including Dragon Age and My Sims. My biggest achievement was the successful delivery of a complex, AAA RPG project with a scope of more than one million words including audio.
- Testing the German localised version of video games including guidelines. - Reporting errors using bug flow software tools such as DevTrack and DevTest. - Team working with other members of staff such as project managers and testers to ensure that all issues found during testing are reported in a standardised way across all territories.
