Ship Agents and Freight Forwarders - Generating new business in terms of liners, feeder and freight forwarding services and establishing the shipbroking function mainly for container and bulk cargoes. Responsible for Marketing, Business Development, Quality and IT management within the company setup.

Maritime Consultants – Involved in Consultancy work and studies on Maritime matters, mainly of commercial nature, overall management of registering companies in Malta and ships on the Maltese register on behalf of interested companies and shipowners, and providing back up service in terms of management and marketing to the Malta Shortsea Promotion Centre.

Economic Consultants – Responsible for generating new business and developing existing ones. Contributing on the Maritime side of the consultancy function.

Shipping Line operating conventional, containerized and roro services – Responsible for the generation of new business and diversification within maritime parameters of the national shipping line. Consequently, responsible for the Sale and Purchase and Charters of Roro vessels and bunker purchases including the management of bunker freight surcharges.

Feeder company operating in Mediterranean – Responsible for the charters of container vessels, establishing freight rates, costing and forecasting of container services and overall administration of the Finance Function.
