Responsible for all AQP Activities during the product development process, customer complaint management and handling, quality related data and KPI´s, coordination of all continuous improvement activities, audits at global suppliers & manufacturing locations to improve their performance, active collaboration in an international development team related to all quality issues in regards internal and external customers.

In this position I was responsible to ensure product quality against customer and industry specifications, create and maintain quality, test and inspection plans as also being the interface between Client Quality Assurance management and client nominated Inspectors to resolve product quality issues and technical questions.

Besides all the responsibilities of a Quality Engineer, I was assigned in this role in order to assure support, standardization, Look Across and best practices for Production Units (Machining and Assembly), establish priorities, train and coordinate Quality Engineers.

In the role of Quality Engineer (Machining) I had to report both – Quality Organization and Operations, and the main responsibility of the role was to “Protect the Customer” in the Production Unit that I was assigned. I have developed and coordinated a team of Quality Technicians (4 Shifts, each shift 3 Quality Technicians) and together with this team I have constantly achieved the targets of the main Key Performance Indicators: Internal FTQ (PPM), Customer FTQ (PPM), Cost of Quality (€).

Responsibilities: to develop new seamless tubular products – hot-rolled and cold-drawn pipes for wide range of application, perform daily feasibility analysis for new customer and technical queries; conduct trials and qualify new products for new projects; performing quality statistics, reports, documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities: to coordinate and train (health and safety, quality, process) the Blue – Collar personal, to identify bottlenecks - detect the problems, find the solutions and apply the necessary corrective actions, achieve production targets.
