 Coordinates job posting, ad content and placement;  Resume review, Candidate screening and interviewing, complete the assessment report independently;  Conducts reference checks and other pre-employment screening as applicable  Acts as liaison and coordinates with Clients and Candidates  Sales and Marketing activity to ensure the business has enough job orders to work on  Work closely with VP on big projects (e.g. FICO, Accenture, Neilson, Verimatrix)
