- Ensure the continuing operation of Core Network elements with the team - Responsible for people and resource management - Setup of professional development plans with employees - Participation during type acceptance of new HW and SW to ensure operational aspects - Responsible for change management activites like SW rollout and deployments of new nodes

- Operation and Maintanance of BSS and SSS systems - Monitoring of network components - Perform fault clearance procedures - Configuration of new BTS - UMTS "Pilotsystem" operation

Verification of Aviation system during ground tests (Navigation-, Radio-and Flight Control Systems etc.) on Helicopter Typs BO105, BK117, EC135
