I am a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the Cologne Office and a core member of the Financial Institution as well as Tech and Digital Advantage Practice Areas. My client work focuses on high-impact change programs for Financial Institutions. Examples include digital transformations, data governance and data & analytics initiatives, next generation business-tech operating models (incl. agile at scale), post-merger integrations, as well as large-scale program management. In my free time, I am a passionate windsurfer in the summer and skier in the winter while trying to keep up my level in tennis (representing a real challenge as a former player of the 2nd Bundesliga).
