As Creative Director, UX, I was engaged to analyse and improve the bank’s existing SDLC platform, leading to a disruptive, new concept in digital workflow management to revolutionize the position and engagement model of the bank’s critical SDLC function.

With key competitors such as Visa and Mastercard, Bluechain are developing the next generation of global payment systems using personal smartphone as a total payment solution for individuals and SMEs. As UX lead, I was responsible for defining the strategic UX vision with the management team and bringing the UX of the core Bluechain App to a world class standard.

Leading UX Design across the full ANZ mobile product suite, this role involved intensive engagement across the business to both assert and provide optimal UX outcomes. This included product strategy facilitation, concept development, detailed design and customer testing across the portfolio of ANZ mobile products.

The brief was to Invent, design and oversee development of a new application that Sensis could use to build 100,000+ unique, professional and fully responsive websites for their customers. The result was Modula, a brand new web building tool allowing bespoke websites to be constructed from a palette of discrete page components, dragged onto a responsive grid and then independently styled from a pallette of pre-designed themes which could themselves be quickly tuned by the user.

Engaged to develop Yellow Pages digital strategy for the 3-5 year horizon. This encompassed: - Focused internal, customer, and industry research to establish 'current state' and context. - Internal workshops with senior stakeholders to challenge and solidify core business goals. - Analysis of current state, industry/UX trajectories and opportunities. - Development and presentation of a multilayered, innovative and risk-managed, strategy roadmap for YP Digital to achieve their core business vision.

As Design Director at Australia's largest UX design agency, I had overall responsibility for design output, consultant services and quality uplift across the organisation. In addition to design oversight across Stamford's projects and strategic development of the agency, I also provided hands-on UX design for key projects for Bureau of Meteorology, BUPA Health Insurance, Australian Super, Vanguard Investments, Telstra and Australia Post
