Drive business growth and revenue for company eCommerce: online store at shop.yesnatural.sg, market platform: Qoo10, Lazada, and other strategic partners to sell our products. Provide technical know-how, functionality and expertise to drive the eCommerce acceleration. Responsible for building eCommerce marketing plan, sales promotion, product listing. My job scope covers both strategy and implementation of all eCommerce function, from setting up online store, Payment Gateway, digital marketing.

Under Yes Natural Group we have 3 retail outlets, 1 bakery and 1 restaurant. I was given the opportunity to manage IT infrastructure of Yes Natural Group including providing support for Head Office, retail stores, bakery and restaurant. My main role is to provide technical know-how and expertise to drive the growing needs of ICT. I am responsible for managing the Active Directory, SAP, POS and backups My job scope covers both implementation of all ICT function.

My job as a Technology Assistant was deployed to schools to manage the IT aspect of the school. Server Management Deployment of workstations Was involved with the planning of the school expansion project whereby new workstations are deployed in new office and labs. Planning of network point in schools to enable workstations to be connected effectively to the school network.

Deployed to Bridge Information Systems (Singapore) Pte Ltd to support Bridges clients in various banks, including DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank. During my work, I have worked with many financial institutes and have experience in setting Bridge system in the Treasury Room Data Centre, SGX. Deployed to DELL Singapore office to work with the Corporate Account Manager to deploy test system for DELL corporate clients to test the systems.
