- Managed products related to Order Management and Warehouse Operations across South East-Asia. - Followed agile product development methodologies such as Scrum/ Kanban for all launched products. - Designed and implemented Lead time project, an initiative promising customers on delivery time and implementation of differentiated shipping options (express, economy) in all Lazada operated countries. - Enhanced the warehouse processes, by introducing mobile device system in the normal operational processes.

- Vertical head, led buying team, for 3 categories – Health & Beauty, Books and Sports. - Forged business partnerships with more than 30 leading International and Vietnamese brands for the aforementioned categories. - Spearheaded the launch of Sports category with blue-chip brands and achieved 3-digit order sales in the first month followed by a significant growth in the consecutive month. - Implemented growth measures to achieve revenue growth of more than 100% in established categories.

- Managed three different projects, across three countries of 25 people, developing and maintaining significant functionalities for Bank of America across United States - Accomplished process improvement processes in each application that led to an annual cost savings of US$1.47M - Implemented improvements in Real-Time processes of the applications, thereby reducing the Processing Usage by 20%

-Spearheaded a critical Customer Information Application Project, which had both Onsite and Offshore existence and Functioned as a "Subject Matter Expertise" - Consultant for Account Maintenance Portfolio Project, an effort to reduce $1.2 Billion costs in Consumer Banking - Implemented a cost-cutting initiative measure between TCS and Bank, saving US$ 100K annually

- Technically led the enhancement and production-support activities for a customer hub application at India - Executed the Fleet Bank Transition to Bank of America; Set-up a Process Improvement Project, leading to an annual savings of $600K that helped Tata Consultancy Services to expand the business with BOA
