Lead Developer for the company’s two key websites: www.applytoday.com and www.advantabusiness.com. Provided guidance to a team of consultants team of consultants that designed an architectural layout for systems development, and mentored junior developers in design and technical issues. Oversaw and evaluated development and operations of various IT solutions that used extensive technologies.

Lead Developer and Design Architect of various high performance applications. Managed intercommunication of different departments within the organization to facilitate flawless execution of entire product pipeline. Designed, developed, and managed dozens of applications that is used by millions of people.

Created, designed and developed various Visual Basic applications to support Cornet’s Management Information System. Developed applications for project data-warehousing and employee time sheet data, built applications based on Sybase, Access, Excel, and Crystal Reports for the Human Resources and Executive Management.

Designed and developed one of the leading commercial tax software packages in the country. Served as a MIS department team member to develop an Interactive voice response system for the company. Also, maintained an Internal Information System/Call logging system, CLIENTELE, which was used to provide customer and sales information.

Responsible for development of several applications that would later help the company's core requirement such as customer billing, job support, tracking system, etc. Created Microsoft Excel Macros to provide edit and error checks for financial information.
