Addgene is a nonprofit plasmid repository that stores and distributes recombinant DNA plasmids to academic scientists worldwide. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with scientists. • Travel to research institutions in the US and internationally to solicit and facilitate plasmid deposits, increase Addgene’s visibility, and gather feedback. • Coordinate Addgene’s inbound marketing strategies. • Manage Outreach Assistants and coordinate data collection projects.

As life science editor I am responsible for communicating relevant pharma/biotech/medtech content to entrepreneurs interested in entering the American life science industry.
