If I had to describe myself in six words, they'd be laughter, fast, energetic - and 90% chocolate. Other than that, I am an experienced people enthusiast with a diverse background in recruiting, people operations and organisational development. The past years, my focus has been on start and scale ups where I loved to not only grow and internationally expand teams but also built departments and structures from scratch. I’m excited about optimizing processes to increase efficiency and scalability wherever possible to make everyone’s lives easier. At INHOUSE, I am supporting clients with my expertise in talent management, process optimisation and diverse people and culture topics. I am also happy to provide consulting on matters related to organisational design, change management and employee engagement. With lots of empathy and passion, I love to analyze structures and work with clients on where and how to improve 👩🏻‍💻
