Selected among 8/1500 candidates to join the Silicon Valley Next Talent Program (18 month rotational program). I impacted UX for business critical products : SAP Data Custodian (Data Privacy tool), SAP Ariba (B2B Procurement) & SAP CoPilot (Next gen enterprise AI), by designing workflows, information architecture & user journeys. My work involved collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the USA, India, Germany and Dublin. I owned the entire UX process & worked in an agile environment.

Worked on designing the UX across the different touchpoints for the UW libraries- the Data Repository at UW, Staff Intranet and UW public website. Gathered insights from patrons and libraries stakeholders to identify design opportunities, enabling better information access and help to users.

UX consulting for clients in different domains. Reviewed and redesigned applications for clients including SeaWorld, the Chicago Booth school of business and Vodafone. I worked with diverse stakeholders including marketing, development, design and project management to provide UX solutions to diverse business problems.
