I am an open minded but disciplined senior manager and leader who prefers to work with self motivated teams that aim to be enabled and developed, might be stuck in a situation needing support from outside to make next steps in their development. Complex technical challenges are attractive to me that can only be solved via good cooperation of a multi disciplinary set up team. IT, maintaining and modernizing the legacy systems but also the creation, implementation of new systems, consolidation of complex landscapes are usual projects for me that I like to lead and manage.
