I am a partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in Vienna, Austria and an integral part of the German Industrial Goods practice area. In my role I serve clients within the chemicals and industrial products industry to achieve value by developing strategies to win in their markets, driving programs that transform their business, and enabling them to fundamentally change the nature of their business through merger & acquisition. My main focus lies on strategic large-scale transformation projects as well as supporting clients in M&A activities (deal-making, cooperation models, post-merger-integration, carve-out) and sustainability efforts (decarbonization, circularity, photovoltaic panels, e-mobility, green hydrogen etc.) with a value creation objective.
