• Ensuring smooth & timely functioning of Organizational Development (OD) & Talent Management Group (TMG) programs held by HR Department. • Assisting the Manager & Deputy Manager in HR functions. • Ensuring timely receipt of vendor bills and dispatch of cheques post each program. • Processing of bills through Vendor Bill Management System (VBMS) software. • Arrangement of training material – Photocopying, packing and couriering on time.

Recruitment Activities and Conducting Interviews: • Proper Research and study of a existing as well as new client then provide the required information and details of the company including the structure, products and requirements to the team members along with a PPT presentation. • Conducting Telephonic Interviews & scheduling Final Interviews with clients. • Co-ordination between Clients and Candidates and taking proper feedback from both the ends.
