Led teams of researchers in evaluation of education project across Eritrea, requiring close cooperation among members within the organization and also with other ministries, to share information and develop solutions to meet the needs of growing number of student and schools.

I conducted counseling to the families of children with disability, Data analysis of school projects for children with disability and also held educational seminar on the topic of Asperger syndrome.

Observed and evaluated students' performance, behavior and social development. After evaluation, revised lesson plans and course content to facilitate and moderate classroom discussions and student centered learning. Also Enhanced student learning by optimizing wide range of instructional approaches and innovative classroom activities.

I conducted counseling services and psychological support programs to the patients in the hospital, also participated in community awareness programs about the harmful traditions that are the main cause if Obstetric fistula.

I gained solid foundation in international public health principles, to implement and run sustainable programs for disease control, health promotion, and services development. With a solid foundation in public health including epidemiology, biostatistics, health policies & health system management.

During four years of studies, I gained knowledge of social policies, social administration, social welfare programs, community organization, rehabilitation services, and social psychology and also participated in theoretical and practical social case works.
